When the flash drought finally broke on October 13th we had six measurable rain events the remainder of last month totaling 5.68 inches. The irrigation reservoir quickly went from several feet below capacity to full pond.10-Day Forecast: Ready for a taste of winter? 🌬️😰How about in November? We had two major golf events still to conduct, Fall Member-Guest and the Carolina Invitational and ironically we received significant rainfall prior to both events. We received 3/4 inch rain the day before Member-Guest practice rounds and nearly two inches rain prior to the Carolina Invitational practice rounds last week. Despite the soft and soggy conditions relegating everyone to the cart paths for practice, we were able to get carts on the fairways for the competitions and my team managed to provide some sporty conditions for our members and invited guests.

I want to thank my team for all their hard work this season. This has been a challenging year as we've had to rebuild the staff from scratch. We're like a football team starting a bunch of freshmen and sophomores. But what we lack in game experience we've made up with hard work, grit, and determination. The final group on No. 16! Nothing but blue skies & shadows! You can’t beat fall #golf in NC! #ourmajor #CarolinaInvitational pic.twitter.com/MvbVamEZj5— Matthew Wharton (@CGCGreenkeeper) November 3, 2019

I’m still in shock typing this. On February 16, 2025, my score suddenly crashed more than 190 points overnight from low-800s all the way down to 611 because of a bogus 90-day late on my federal student loans. The loans had been with Great Lakes, got transferred to Nelnet, and were paused during COVID. Somehow Nelnet never updated my address and kept mailing statements to an old place. I never saw them, never knew payments restarted, and boom reported 90 days late.
ReplyDeleteI called Nelnet repeatedly, begged, explained the COVID pause mess and they basically said “not our problem, you should’ve updated your address.” Even my CFPB complaint came back denied. I thought I was screwed for years.
Posted my story on myFICO® Forums completely defeated, and someone in the comments said “Reach out to Pinnacle Credit Specialist they fixed the exact same thing for me.” I was super skeptical (felt like every “credit repair” place was a scam), but I was desperate.
Emailed PINNACLECREDITSPECIALIST@GMAIL.COM and called +1 (201) 605-9008 the same day. They responded in under 2 hours, explained everything clearly, no pressure, no insane upfront fees.
In exactly 30 days they: Got the 90-day late permanently deleted from all three bureaus, removed every trace of the derogatory mark, Boosted my scores to 836 Equifax, 841 TransUnion, 837 Experian
I just pulled fresh reports today to confirm the late is GONE. My scores are actually higher than they were before the drop.
If you’re dealing with inaccurate student loan lates, Nelnet nonsense, or any unfair derogatory marks please don’t waste months fighting the bureaus and servicers yourself. Pinnacle knows exactly what to do and they move fast.

Forever grateful. I’m posting this far and wide so others don’t have to suffer like I did.
Truly Genius hackers exist, my name is Richard Gilman. I'm 43 years old. I was introduced to PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST by some members of reddit when i asked a question on how i can improve my credit within a short time frame? We have been trying to buy a house. the market/requirements are insane. I've barely been able to save for just a small down payment. My credit score was around 620. which would allow me financing. I felt so happy when I emailed Pinnacle Credit Specialist to fix my credit scores across the three credit bureaus. They responded in a few minutes and assured me they can fix my credit profile in a few days. After 8 days they contacted me to login my credit profile to confirm their good works. To my greatest surprise my scores are all above 800+ across the three credit bureaus. all negative items cleared, credit card debt all paid off. The most amazing thing is that I was charged after they fixed my credit profile. I really appreciate their service and i want to specially thank the reddit members who recommended PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST TO ME. email: pinnaclecreditspecialist@gmail.com
